| John C. Pernicka
Founder and President of Pernicka
Corporation for the past 28 years, John C. Pernicka has pioneered
inventions and holds numerous patents in the fields of vacuum
technology, aerospace, geochemical exploration, and optical
technologies.
John has contributed to the U.S. Military
Services and NASA by creating critical optical techniques and tests
designed to improve visibility both in space and underwater. He
created a Mass Spectrometer System to measure the gasses sealed in
hermetic electronic packages, which has evolved into the current
MIL-STD procedure, used to qualify all semiconductor devices used in
Medical, Space, Military, and other high reliability applications.

John received an Electrical Engineering
Degree in 1963 from Illinois Institute of Technology and did post
graduate studies in Physics at University of Illinois, Acoustics at
UCLA, and Geology at Colorado School of Mines. He has published
numerous technical papers and books, and has been credited with
numerous inventions and U.S. patents.
